  • Mirabelle Moreaux

    Team Lead

    Mirabelle is a private investment and business advisory leader. She has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing private equity, credit and technical assistance solutions for early and growth-stage SMEs. Mirabelle previously served as Partner at Injaro Investments, leading fundraising, pipeline building, deals and the team. She was an Engagement Manager at Booz & Company across the US and MENA regions. She now leads the Ghana Investment Support Programme and also mentors entrepreneurs.

  • Tony Anderson

    Associate

    Tony is a consultant with a background in economics, data analytics and project management. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a Master's degree in Development Management, specialising in Development Economics. With previous experiences as a Data Analytics Lead Consultant for Wedu and a Trade and Economics Analyst for the Czech Embassy in Ghana, Tony has demonstrated his ability to deliver impactful consultancy projects, improve management practices and facilitate successful market entries for businesses.

  • Paige Adabla

    Impact Advisor

    Paige is a finance and strategy professional with experience spanning financial reporting, investment banking and corporate advisory. She began her career in Controllers at Goldman Sachs before moving into Management and Strategy within Private Wealth Management. Paige later joined Morgan Stanley's Media & Communications Investment Banking Group, where she advised clients on complex financial and strategic initiatives. Paige brings expertise in financial analysis, capital markets and strategic execution, and now leverages her global finance experience to drive enterprise growth and support investment ecosystems in Ghana.

  • Rahaman Abdul-Salam

    MEL Manager

    Rahaman is a MEL consultant with over 10 years of experience supporting donor-funded programmes in agriculture, trade, investment and private sector development across West Africa. At GhISP, he leads MEL efforts, helping to track progress, capture results and support learning. He holds an MSc in Development Policy and Planning and brings a strong background in working with SMEs, financial institutions and ecosystem actors to strengthen performance and accountability.

  • Kim Beevers

    Senior Strategy Advisor

    Kim is a strategic advisor at the intersection of technical assistance and capital mobilisation. She advises DFI- and DP-backed programmes that unlock investment and strengthen ecosystems in undercapitalised markets. As a consultant for British International Investment, she has advised market creation initiatives across Africa and Asia, including Ghana Investment Support Programme, Invest for Impact Nepal and ARIA. Drawing on deep experience in frontier and fragile contexts, Kim develops practical, systems-driven solutions that deliver real-world results.

    Communications Lead

    Tine has more than 15 years of experience planning, designing and delivering programme communication initiatives. She has led communication efforts on programmes focusing on SMEs, gender and inclusion, agri-business and trade promotion, successfully raising programme awareness, promoting participation, and documenting successes and impact through strategic multi-media communication outputs.
