David Tetteh
Senior Consultant– BII Plus, GhISP
David Tetteh is an investment banker who has been working in the West African capital markets for the last 22 years. He switched to consulting in 2017 and his clients have included FSD Africa and the Ghana Stock Exchange. He was previously the CEO of a Ghana-based investment bank for 12 years. His work experience includes market and ecosystem development, investment banking, securities trading and fund management. He now leads the Ghana Investment Support Programme on the ground.

Tony Anderson
Project Coordinator - GhISP
Tony is a consultant with a background in economics, data analytics and project management. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a Master's degree in Development Management, specialising in Development Economics. With previous experiences as a Data Analytics Lead Consultant for Wedu and a Trade and Economics Analyst for the Czech Embassy in Ghana, Tony has demonstrated his ability to deliver impactful consultancy projects, improve management practices and facilitate successful market entries for businesses. He has worked as the Project Coordinator for the Ghana Investment Support Programme (GhISP) for the past 2 years.

Kim Beevers

Kim Beevers is a strategic advisor at the intersection of technical assistance and capital mobilisation. She advises DFI- and DP-backed programmes that unlock investment and strengthen ecosystems in undercapitalised markets. As a consultant for British International Investment, she has advised market creation initiatives across Africa and Asia, including Ghana Investment Support Programme, Invest for Impact Nepal and ARIA. Drawing on deep experience in frontier and fragile contexts, Kim develops practical, systems-driven solutions that deliver real-world results.

Rahaman Abdul-Salam
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager – DAI, GhISP
Rahaman Abdul-Salam is a MEL consultant with over 10 years of experience supporting donor-funded programmes in agriculture, trade, investment and private sector development across West Africa. At GhISP, he leads MEL efforts, helping to track progress, capture results and support learning. He holds an MSc in Development Policy and Planning and brings a strong background in working with SMEs, financial institutions and ecosystem actors to strengthen performance and accountability.

Tine Frank
Communications Lead - GhISP
Tine has more than 15 years of experience designing and delivering programme communication initiatives. She has led communication efforts on previous DAI programmes focusing on SMEs, gender and inclusion, agri-business and trade promotion, successfully promoting project participation and documenting successes and impact through multi-media communication outputs.
